Dear Milton, The members of the Board of Directors of the Friends of the Arts (Rowan University) wish to extend their thanks to you and your gracious staff for our memorable "Snowbound Night" at La Trina's. What a talent you have for seeing that everything ran smoothly despite the weather. Clarke reminded us of the extra work clearing the snow involved, plus having a man outside to direct us as we arrived. We won't forget January 20, 2000 ... and snow. The hall was a vision to those of us who arrived early -- the special colored dinner cloths and gold napkins to carry through our school colors, our center piece and balloons completing the picture! All that, plus preparing such an appetizing menu, complete with the cobbler and cake!! Our members want you to know we appreciate all your services and your congenial way of handling our whole affair.

Mr. Lundy, Where do we begin? We would like to thank you for all that you have done to make our wedding day, Oct. 31, 2001, a memorable one. This event will be the most talked about event for years to come, among our family and friends due to the wonderful time everyone had at the reception. The grounds were beautiful and the hall was nicely decorated. The food is still getting rave reviews, especially the "Pasta Cream of Crab".
I recently gave my mother a surprise party for her 85th birthday at La Trina's in Glassboro, NJ. It was a resounding success. The dining room was beautifully decorated and the linnens, silver, crystal, and china was superb. We had a delicious full course meal served by a very courteous and capable staff. But most of all the intimacy and the ambiance made this affair a memorable occasion for my mother. She is still on cluud nine. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is planning a memorable affair. I would like to thank Mr. Lundy for making this a wonderful memory to all that attended.
